3 Tips to Getting the Fusion Puzzle Done Quickly

Posted on May 5, 2017

Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, you probably already know what Star Lager Beer has been up to lately.

The premium beer brand recently launched Nigeria’s first music and football platform called Star Music The Fusion.

Star Music The Fusion is a series of music and football concerts that combines the fun and excitement of Star Music Trek and Star Super fans Show on one platform.

Six (6) teams comprising of two top music artistes, a DJ and a football star or OAP will battle it out in three (3) music concerts across Nigeria with the fans deciding the eventual winner through a voting process.

To participate in the concerts and form their teams, each football star, music artiste and DJ will get an official invite containing a letter and The Fusion puzzle which they are required to complete and share the video on their social media platforms.

The Fusion contains nine pieces of cut images which when correctly put together reads “The Fusion.”

As with any fun puzzle, solving it in record time is the ultimate goal and The Fusion is no different.

If you’re wondering how to complete the puzzle in a few seconds, here are a few tips to help you get started.

  1. Find out what the current best time is

While this may seem like the normal thing to do, many people fail in this regard.

If you are going to beat the current best time for solving The Fusion, you must first know what that best time is. By doing this, you have a clear idea of what time you must achieve to better the current record.

So how do you find out what the best time is, do a quick search on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using #StarMusicTheFusion. You will see a number videos of people who already solved the puzzle, look out for the duration of each video to know what the current best time is.

2. Know what the completed Fusion puzzle looks like and practice a lot

Before you go ahead to match the images, make sure you study the final “The Fusion” picture carefully. Unless you know what the completed puzzle looks like, matching those images together will be very difficult. So, study the final image carefully and take a mental note of the different parts of it. Having it engraved on your mind will help you solve the puzzle faster.

Once you have a mental image of what the completed puzzle looks like, don’t assume you’re ready to go for it. Rather, practice solving it and even use other puzzles to improve your speed. Once you’re confident of your speed, go ahead to solve The Fusion puzzle, of course with the camera rolling. You really want to capture that priceless moment you became the fastest puzzler.

3. Go set your own record

What’s your fastest time practicing? Congratulations if you solved it (after a number of tries) in 20 seconds or less, you’re all set to solve “The Fusion” in record time.

If your fastest time is slightly above 20 seconds, I’m afraid you need to keep practicing because that’s the only way you can complete the puzzle faster.

By following the tips above, you’re sure to set a new time record for The Fusion puzzle.
