Gov Soludo Rejoices With Anambra Speaker, Rt. Hon. Uche Okafor On 45th Birthday Anniversary

The Anambra State Governor, Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo, has warmly congratulated the Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Uche Victor Okafor, on the occasion of his 45th birthday anniversary. 

Gov Chukwuma Soludo in a special message by Joe Anatune, Head of Soludo Media Office, said he joins millions of Ndi Anambra both home and abroad to rejoice and celebrate a diligent and extraordinary Lawmaker, who has shown a remarkable commitment in the upliftment and growth of Anambra State 

Governor Soludo further said as a vibrant and young Speaker of Anambra State 7th Assembly, Rt. Hon Uche Okafor has distinguished himself as a thorough-bred lawmaker, under whose watch the passage of bills and other numerous people-oriented resolutions emanating from motions in the Assembly have impacted positively in the lives of Ndi-Anambra and the growth of the State. 

The Governor also remarked that under the watch of the Rt. Honourable Speaker, the State House of Assembly has maintained a mutual understanding and trust amongst themselves and the Executive arm of Government. 

This singular feat, the Governor emphasised, he engendered a smooth and cordial working relationship between the two arms of government which he said, was worthy of commendation. 

Governor Soludo therefore, expressed his joy and happiness as he joins Ndi Anambra and other numerous well-wishers to celebrate this auspicious occasion with the distinguished Honourable Speaker as he clocks 45 years today. 

The statement further said: “On behalf of the government and people of Anambra State, the Governor wishes the Hon Speaker good health and long life as he continues to render selfless services to the State and the people of his Constituency”. 

Rt. Hon Uche Victor Okafor, House member representing Ayamelum Constituency at the  Anambra State House of Assembly, was born on April 3, 1977. He became the Speaker of the 7th  Assembly of the State House of Assembly on 12th June, 2019.
