Man Docked For Inserting Finger Into Three Underaged Girls’ Private Parts

A 37-year old man Pius Ajayi has been arrested and charged before a Lagos court for allegedly sexually molesting

three underaged girls (aged between 6 and 8 years) in their compound at Ishaga, Lagos.

The incident happened at Irepo street, Elliot, Ishaga in the outskirts of Lagos where both the victims parents and the suspect reside.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the suspect was arrested following the complain by one of the victims to their parents that her private part was paining her and revealed that Ajayi used to take  her to his room, pull her pant and  insert his fingers into her private.

It was while she was narrating that the two other victims also revealed that they have suffered such sexual assault from the suspect.

Police sources said that the suspect was in the habit sneaking into the compound and invite the victims to send them on errand.

However, when he invited them into his room, separately he will assault them sexually and warn them not to tell their parents.

The matter was reported to the police at Isokoko division and Ajayi was arrested and detained at the Station.

At the station, P.M.EXPRESS gathered that Ajayi admitted that he inserted his finger into their privates but did not penetrate them.

He was charged before Ogba Magistrates court for the alleged offence under the Criminal Code.

He pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, Mrs Davis Abegunde granted him bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum.

Ajayi was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.

The matter was adjourned till 14 August 2017.
