18th Arise Women Activities Gathers Momentum As Siju Iluyomade Hosts Prominent Nigerians To ‘IMPACT’ The Less Privileged

Preparations heralding this year’s Arise Women Foundation activities is already in top gear as prominent Nigerians both within and outside the shore of the country have signified their intentions to grace one of the most impactful humanitarian programs been undertaken by non-govemental organization in Nigeria. 

The 18th edition according to the convener Dr Siju Iluyomade is poised to be transformational and monumental as it has put in place activities to empower, enlighten and reward participants.

The 2026 Arise Women edition, scheduled for 31st of October and 1st of November., Dr Siju has assured will be global event as usual, it will attract thousands of participants both physically and online

With this year theme tagged ‘I M P A C T’ the event has been scheduled majorly for two days with the usual ‘Arise Walk For Life’ on the 31st of October. This segment is meant to sensitize the general public on healthy living awareness.

Participants will walk some kilometres within the Victoria Island, Lagos, and end up with a dance routine featuring gospel artistes, comedians and top celebrities.

‘Arise Women Conference’ will be held the following day at the ballroom of Oriental Hotels in Victoria Island, Lagos. This will be attended by prominent Nigerian women who will deliver speeches on the theme of this edition.

Thousands of less privileged persons are also expected to participate and go home with Arise Pink bucket packages that comprise foodstuffs.

Notable guests in different spheres of human life endeavors who have impacted lives at every of their stages both within public and private sectors will be speaking on array of topics that has to do with human upliftment and empowerment.

The Foundation continues to make a difference through the ARISE Medical Centre, Dafara, Abuja providing free healthcare services to women and families, including free childbirth services and essential medical care for vulnerable members of the community.

This year, the Arise Women Foundation is taking that commitment further bringing communities together around preventive healthcare, wellness, empowerment, and sustainable impact.

‘Arise Women’ has, in the last 18 years, catered to thousands of less privileged and households across the country, building and equipping hospitals and schools in villages, including the construction of boreholes, mobile clinics, computer centres, and hosting women empowerment sessions, and many more.
