In demonstration of her support for vulnerable women in Epe and environs, the Chairman of Epe Local Government, Princess Surah Olayemi Animashaun, has said that no fewer than 2,000 vulnerable women across the eight political wards of the council have received cash support under her administration.
This initiative, a key component of the council’s welfare package, underscores Princess Animashaun’s unwavering commitment to improving the lives of residents, particularly women facing economic hardship.
Recognising the daily struggles of vulnerable members of society, Hon. Princess Surah O. Animashaun, FHTI, said she decided to take this proactive step to provide financial relief, ensuring that beneficiaries receive much-needed support during these challenging times.
Speaking on the initiative, the Chairman of Epe LGA emphasised that her administration remains dedicated to social welfare, education, and infrastructure development as critical pillars for sustainable progress.
She noted that her leadership approach fosters growth, unity, and shared responsibility, all anchored on vision, empathy, and a firm commitment to development.
