2019: Buhari/Osinbajo Will Win In South West, Presidential Support Committee Vows

The Presidential Support Committee (PSC) South West zone, a grassroots support group for the realization of Buhari /Osinbajo 2019 re-election bid, has declared its readiness and commitment to win all the six south west states in landslide for APC presidential candidates.

The National Coordinator (South West), Engineer (Chief) Ronald Ogunleye, former Federal House of Representative member in 1991 and a political bigwig in South West Nigeria made it known on Sunday in Lagos that structures have been put in place to deliver the region for Buhari/ Osinbajo in the forthcoming general election. According to him, a lot of political victory strategies he learned from Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo would be deployed to get landslide victory for President Buhari for him to return to Aso Rock in the February 2019 general election

He made a public declaration that the PSC that comprises over 500 Buhari support groups will win all six south west states of Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ekiti and states in a landslide victory for the re-election of Buhari/Osinbajo.

The South West Publicity Secretary and Director of Media of the PSC, Hon. Doyin Johnson said that the South West structure has been perfectly put in place to showcase President Buhari political achievements in the last three and half year that no president in the history of Nigeria has ever got such outstanding performances of PMB since the inception of Nigeria right from colonial days.

He advised Nigerians, most especially the youths, to be steady fast and beware of corrupt elements claiming to be saint overnight in other to fool Nigerians once again as they have done from 1999 to 2015

The South West General Secretary, Engr. Dele Olanubi assured sound victory for Buhari, adding that the structures put in place are in the grassroots across the region, working on voters sensitization and mobilisation with the landmark achievements of the President Buhari-led administration.

He further said that the organization has put in place high powerful diaspora coordinators for South west indigenes in Europe, USA, United Arab Emirates, Dublin and South Africa. He noted that this is the right time for Yorubas to stand tall and be counted as having followed the path of honuor, integrity, and patriotism now in the course of our nation building and history.

“The choice before our people is simple, Leadership in Nigeria must not return to the hands of looters and gluttons who almost suck this nation dry, ” he said.

Engr. Ogunleye concluded that the group is using its resources and support from well meaning Nigerians as a political action committee to make sure every Yoruba voter know what lies ahead for our country for a better tomorrow in other to have a solid foundational plan for the coming generation.
