Nigerian alternative soul singer, Adekunle Gold has confirmed his exit from YBNL, a label owned by rap star, Olamide which launched him to stardom.
The singer dropped the confirmation in a recent interview with Planet TV.
According to Adekunle Gold, every artist at YBNL get a 2-year contract after which you are freed to do what you want.
He also reiterated that he is not looking at setting up a label of his own although he is open to offers.
Last week during an interview on Soundcity 98.5 FM, YBNL Boss, Olamide had disclosed that Adekunle Gold is no longer part of the setup at the record label.
