Adopted Son Arranges Criminals From Prison To Eliminate Mom Over Property

This is not the best of times for the late Elias Nwoke’s family as his wife, Charity, has gone into hiding following attempts to eliminate her by their 22-year old adopted son, Gideon Elias, in order to take over the family’s property in Lagos State. 

 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the adopted son, Gideon Elias, has been linked with plans to eliminate his mom, Mrs. Elias and the remaining daughters over their estate having earlier confessed to the Police how he killed his father, Elias Nwoke and his two sisters, who worked in banks in Lagos State.

 

The latest threat, which has thrown the remaining members of the family into panic, stemmed from calls to Mrs. Charity ostensibly from the Kirikiri Correctional Centre, mandating her to go and release Gideon from custody and pay certain amount of money as ransom for her life or she will be eliminated.

 

Gideon was remanded in custody by the Court while awaiting the DPP’s legal advice over the alleged murder of his late father and sisters.

 

According to Mrs. Elias, the two strange numbers, 09038011806 bearing true caller name as Emir Mi and 09068596888 with name Kelvin Nwachukwu, were being used to threaten her and members of her family, demanding that they should release Gideon from custody and pay certain amount of money as ransom or she will be eliminated with the remaining members of her family.

 

The unidentified suspected hired killers also provided two bank account numbers 1811905833 and 1514890200 with names Kelvin Odira and Yusuf Salami Olatuni at Access Bank Plc.

The embattled aged mother, Mrs. Charity Nwoke, is appealing to the Police authorities to save her life and that of the remaining female children, who Gideon Elias insisted that he will eliminate over their property.

 

Gideon Elias got arrested while planning to kill his mother in order to inherit the family’s property at Fagbile Housing Estate, Isheri Oshun area of Lagos, where he resides with the family.

 

While he was remanded in custody pending the outcome of the DPP’s legal advice, Gideon was not relenting as he believed that if he wipes out the remaining members of the family, the estate will belong to him and he perfected plans from prison custody to eliminate his mother, Mrs. Elias.

 

Trouble started on 23rd May, 2023, when Gideon confronted his mother, Mrs. Elias, and threatened to kill her and the remaining members of the family if she failed to hand over the documents of the family’s property to him as the only male child in the family.

The mother managed to escape and contacted a Human Rights Organization,  Campaign for Defendant of Human Rights (CDHR) in Isheri Oshun and the matter was reported to the Police at Area M Command, Idimu, for prompt action.

Gideon was then arrested and detained at the Area M Command, Idimu for interrogation over his alleged conduct. In the course of interrogation, he made startling revelations to the Police that he actually killed his late father, Elias Nwoke, two sisters;and had planned to kill his mother, if she failed to hand him the documents of the family’s property to him.
