Dele Ajiboye, the CHAN Super Eagles second choice goalkeeper who had some heroic saves for Nigeria in the game against Sudan has said that the slogan in the camp of the Eagles ahead of Sunday’s final match is operation win all the game and the team have resolved to win the trophy when they file out against Morocco in the first ever finals of both teams.
The former junior international said that the team has put behind them the victory over Sudan and all the players are focusing on their last match against Morocco to complete their mission in the North African country , which is to win all their games and bring the cup to Nigeria for the first time. He stressed further that all the players are in high spirit and looking forward to the final hostilities in 2018 CHAN tournament .
” Our aim from the beginning is operation win all our games. We normally have meeting everyday, where we usually tell ourselves that it is operation win all our games and we remain focused on achieving this target tomorrow against Morocco, ” Dele Ajiboye said.
Ajiboye , who currently plies his trade with Plateau United in the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL, condemned the Moroccan league to a second fiddle compared to the Nigerian league as he affirmed that NPFL is better, with more quality players and more competitive than the topflight league in Morocco.
He, however agreed without disputes that there is more money in the Moroccan league than Nigeria .
” There is nothing special about the Moroccan league . Nigerian league is better , very competitive and the players are well rated than Moroccan players.
” The only thing special about the league in Morocco is more money and it is well organised in all ramifications,” he said.
