Defending champions, Samjason Football Club are in high spirit to inflict more pain on Bucknor Football Club when both clash in week 18 of Alimosho Football Coaches Council League.
The much awaited league match would come up on Thursday at 4pm at Igando Community High School, Alimosho, Lagos.
Bucknor who played draw in their last home match against Kotech cannot afford to drop a point again if they want to remain among the title contenders. A draw or defeat to home team in week 18 would give them serious setback on the table as their title race would be in jeopardy.
In the other hands, Samjason need to secure a victory or at least a draw against Bucknor to move up on the table. Although when both teams clashed in the first leg, Samjason defeated Bucknor 1-0 and the current form of visiting team is a big treat to the home team.
Team Manager of Samjason, Samuel Uchenna Eke said they are coming to Bucknor home to play their normal game. He said his boys are not under pressure but promised that his team would play good football.
In other fixtures, Newtown G would be at home against Iyalaloja General United on Wednesday, Layenda would be at away against NISSI FC, while Flying Wings welcome H2U on Friday as Kotech host ECAS on Saturday.
