The ONC PG said,”Following the successful acquisition of the entire (100%) equity holding in the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria (SPDC) by Renaissance Africa Energy Holdings and the subsequent receipt of all regulatory approvals required for the transaction, I, Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe, on behalf of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, other stakeholders in the Orashi region and Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, SYF, heartily congratulate Aradel Holdings Plc for achieving this great feat”.

“While we rejoice with Aradel Holdings, we laud the Federal Government for entrusting an indigenous company with the huge opportunities and responsibilities, which this historic acquisition presents.”

“We happily join Adegbite Falade, MD/CEO of Aradel Holdings, their shareholders and stakeholders to appreciate all who helped to ensure an enabling environment for this great acquisition including the Honourable Minister of Petroleum Resources, the CEO of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) and the GCEO of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) for their inputs and efforts towards the completion of the landmark acquisition.”
