Amb Emeni Ibe Celebrates Amb. I.E. Kelly Rufus On His Birthday

The President General of notable Niger Delta Niger Delta socio-cultural group socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, and Leader of RGM Ahoada East, Ambassador Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Ambassador I.E. Kelly Rufus, FCILG, National Spokesman of the Rivers Grassroots Movement, RGM.

 

In a goodwill message on Saturday, August 22, 2026, Ambassador Ibe described the celebrant as a man of virtue and service.

Ambassador Ibe praised Ambassador Rufus for his admirable qualities and contributions to the movement and society at large.

“I celebrate a good man with a heart of gold — diligent, intelligent, hardworking, loving, caring and humble,” he said.

He noted that Ambassador Rufus has distinguished himself through his commitment and professionalism, qualities that have endeared him to family members, friends, colleagues and well-wishers.

The ONC President General prayed for God’s blessings upon the celebrant as he marks another year.

“I pray to Almighty God to grant him all his good heart desires, protect him, give His angels charge over him and bless him with long life in good health,” Ambassador Ibe stated.

He congratulated Ambassador I.E. Kelly Rufus on the auspicious occasion and wished him a happy and glorious birthday.
