Amb. Emeni Ibe Celebrates Prof Ngozi Odu & Rivers Women On Mothers’ Day

The President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, has eulogised and celebrated the Deputy Governor of Rivers State, Prof Ngozi Odu and Rivers women on the occasion of Mothers’ Day.
