The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Ambassador Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has extended warm felicitations to legal practitioner, Barr. Rosemary Nwugo, on the occasion of her birthday anniversary.
