The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Ambassador Emeni Ibe (JP AP), has on behalf of himself, his team and the people of Orashi region felicitated with Hon. (Barr) Prince Samuel Eyiba, the immediate past Commissioner for Water Resources and Rural Development in Rivers State, on the occasion of his birthday.
In his goodwill message, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe described Hon. Eyiba as a dedicated leader and public servant whose contributions to the development of Rivers State remain commendable.
