The President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Emeni Ibe (JP AP), who is the Chairman BOT Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria and Coordinator Civil Society Campaign Council for Tinubu Shettima 2027 Rivers State Chapter, has congratulated Rt.
