The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, has warmly felicitated with the NDDC Board Chairman, Barr. Chiedu Ebie, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
