Amb. Ihunwo Joins Gov Fubara To Congratulate New Ohanaeze President-General, Sen. Azuta Mbata

The workaholic and proactive Executive Chairman of Obio-Akpor Local Government Area, Amb. Chijioke Ihunwo, has joined the Rivers State Governor, His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara, to congratulate the newly elected President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Sen. John Azuta Mbata, on his well deserved victory and emergence as the leader of the Pan-Igbo socio-cultural group in Enugu State during the weekend.

 

In a statement he released, the youthful and useful Obio-Akpor Council Boss, Ihunwo, wrote; inter alia: “I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Senator John Azuta-Mbata for his well-deserved election as the president of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide. Senator Azuta-Mbata’s extensive experience as a former Senator, who diligently represented Rivers East in the Senate from 1999 to 2007, undoubtedly positions him as a capable leader for this esteemed socio-cultural group”.

“His recent election as the president of the Pan-Igbo socio-cultural group during a significant meeting in Enugu is a testament to his leadership qualities and the trust placed in him by the social cultural group. Senator Azuta-Mbata’s election signifies a new chapter for Ohanaeze Ndigbo, where his wealth of experience and unwavering commitment will undoubtedly play a crucial role in uniting and advancing the interests of his people.”
