Hours to the anticipated Anambra Governorship election, the former Senior Special Assistant To Governor Willie Obiano and Director of Media, Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji Campaign Organization, Hon. Uloka Chukwubuikem, has informed that all is set for the All Progressives Congress, APC to displace and oust the ruling APGA from Agu Awka.
Hon Uloka maintained that his former employer and Executive Governor of Anambra State, Governor Willie Obiano, is supporting Senator Andy Uba and would vote for the APC at his Aguleri polling unit on Saturday and ensure that Uba gets the votes of his supporters in many strategic areas of the State.
The Ogbunike born Uloka made this revelation yesterday during the formal declaration of Rt. Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji at Awka, where he endorsed Senator Uba and called on all his supporters to rally votes and ensure that Uba wins in their areas, Wards and Local Government.
He noted that the defection of Hon. Umeoji is timely and consequential going by the massive Broom Revolution in Anambra State.
“His Excellency, Governor Willie Obiano is one of the financier of the Senator Andy Uba Gubernatorial ambition and expected victory at the polls this coming Saturday, him (Obiano) has not for once hidden his support for Uba; he contributed to the decision of Hon. Umeoji and many other chieftains to dump APGA for the APC because he was rooting and supporting the APC Candidate and will be more comfortable to handover power to the Incoming All Progressives Congress than “the ungrateful Soludo”, who has become a puppet to few of his Aguleri brothers.”
Uloka further said that all the defections that happened in APGA were orchestrated by Obiano for Uba to win and it is a welcome development and a turn around cum new era of Governance for Ndị Anambra.
“On this note, I enjoin other notable Ndị Anambra to join hands together for the overwhelming victory of Senator Andy Uba since Willie Obiano has thrown his full chest into the Uba project” Uloka concluded.
