APC Holds Stakeholders’ Meeting Ahead Of Ward Congress In Akure

Leaders and stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State on Tuesday night concluded a crucial meeting ahead of the party’s 2026 Ward Congress.
The meeting, which ended at about 8:00 p.m., was held at the APC Secretariat along Ilesa Road, Akure. Party officials from the National Secretariat were in attendance and assured members of a smooth and hitch free congress scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

The hall was  filled to capacity as party leaders, stakeholders, and well meaning members deliberated on preparations and reaffirmed their commitment to unity within the party structure in the state under the leadership of Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.

Party stakeholders expressed appreciation for the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, noting that recent reconciliation efforts have strengthened cohesion within the party in Ondo State.

The Ward Congress is expected to take place across the state under the supervision of officials from the APC National Secretariat.
