Asiwaju Tinubu Hails Sports Minister, Sunday Dare On Daura’s Chieftaincy Title

The All Progressives Congress Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has praised his former aide and current Minister of Sports and Youth Development, Chief Sunday Dare, for bagging a chieftaincy title in Daura, Kastina State.

 

Emir of Daura, hometown of President Muhammadu Buhari, His Highness, Dr. Umar Farouk Umar, will confer the prestigious title of Sarkin Wasanni on the Minister on Thursday, December 22, 2022 in his Palace.

 

While praising Chief Dare for his years of association with him, the APC Presidential candidate described the Minister as his ‘political son, ally and partner on the progressive front”.

 

Asiwaju Tinubu said: “Special congratulations to my political son, ally and partner on the progressive front, Hon. Minister of Youth & Sports Development, Chief Sunday Akinlabi Dare, as he is being conferred with the prestigious title of Sarkin Wasanni of Daura on Thursday

 

“I commend His Royal Highness, Emir of Daura, Alhaji (Dr) Umar Farouk Umar, CON for choosing an excellent man for this important title.”
