Barr. Kingsley Onochie, Hon. Okafor Over 1000 PDP & APC Members Defect To APGA

The coordinator of Hon. Obinna Chidoka’s campaign organization, Barrister Kingsley Onochie, alongside Hon. Chris Okafor and over 1000 PDP and APC members earlier have defected to All Progressives Grand Alliance(APGA), in Obosi, Idemili North Local Government area, Anambra State.
Leading thousands of APC members from Obosi to the governing party, Hon. Chris said, APGA will win massively in Obosi, and the entire Idemili North, stating that, Governor Charles Soludo is doing marvellously well.
In his welcome speech, the Commissioner For Works, who is the Chief Host of the event, Engr. Ifeanyi Okoma, commended the Anambra State Governor, Professor Charles Soludo CFR, for the massive infrastructural projects in the state, stating that he has touched all the sectors within two years. He urged the good people of Obosi and Idemili North to keep supporting Anambra State Government in the effort to make the state a livable and prosperous homeland.
While receiving the new entrants into APGA, Secretary to the State Government, Professor Solo Chukwudobelu, said that with their defection to the state governing party, APGA will record more progress in Obosi and appreciated Hon. Okoma for his efforts towards the progress of APGA in Obosi.
In their separate remarks, the Deputy Local Government APGA Candidate, Lady Phina Onwuachu (Mmaluluno), and Special Assistant to Governor, Hon. Nnanna Nzewi, applauded Hon. Okoma for his commitment to the party.
Lady Onwuachu lauded Governor Charles Soludo and his wife, Mrs. Nonye Soludo, for the projects in the state, adding that Mama Anambra has given hope to many women through Healthy Living Initiative. She also thanked the people of Obosi and Idemili North for finding her worthy to assist workaholic Charmanship candidate, Hon. Stanley Nkwoka (Ochendo), and urged them to double their support.
On his part, Hon. Nnanna Nzewi described Hon. Okoma as a working Commissioner and the political leader of Idemili North as far as APGA is concerned. He thanked the good people of Obosi for carrying everybody along and further appreciated Hon. Okoma for the equity and fairness in the party.
Highlight of the event was sharing of APGA uniform and party cards to new members.
The event was attended by Secretary to the State Government, Professor Solo Chukwudobelu, Deputy Idemili North Local Government APGA Candidate, Lady Phina Onwuachu (Mmaluluno), Chief JCJ Onwuachu, Special Assistant to Governor, Hon. Nnanna Nzewi, Pioneer Chairman of APGA, Dr. Mbakaogu, Hon. Michael Zik Anyafulu, Idemili North Coordinator of APGA Apostle, Engr. Chimezie Obidike, local and ward APGA executives and many others.
