Basketball Africa League Team To Participate At Quai 54

As you know, the 2023 edition of Quai 54 will take place from July 1 – 2 at the Roland-Garros in Paris, France. Considered the biggest street basketball and urban culture event in the world, Quai 54 will be celebrating its 20th anniversary this summer at the Simonne-Mathieu court at Roland-Garros! For two days, basketball fans and enthusiasts will witness high-level basketball and entertainment.

The BAL will be participating at this year’s tournament with a team of players from the league.

Highlights of this year’s tournament:

·       16 teams from 10 countries

·       160 pro and amateur players, including NBA stars, will compete for the title in knockout matches, for a final on Sunday at 8 p.m. for the men’s and women’s category.

·       A Dunk Contest will bring together the best high-flying dunkers in the world with four big names: Tyler Currie (USA), Piotr Grabowski (Poland), Chris Staples (USA) and New Williams (USA), Saturday evening.

·       Throughout the weekend, fans can enjoy concerts and entertainment in between games with nearly 10 DJs who will take turns on the decks, including Lord Issa, Just Dizle, DJ Iso, DJ Pee, DJ Nasty Nas, DJ Ou-Mar, and DJ Jacks.

·       Beyond the lines of the court, Mokobé will be in charge of electrifying the event, accompanied by basketball commentators Duke Tshomba, Jamil Rouissi and Lucas Nicot.
