A 16-year old boy may spend the rest of his life in prison custody for allegedly defiling his neighbour’s 7-year old daughter in Lagos State.

According to the Police, the boy lured the victim to their apartment on two occasions after she returned from school. While there, he forced her to remove her pants, carried her on his lap and penetrated her in the process.
However, after the act on the second occasion, the victim informed her parents about what happened when they were not around and she returned from school. And that the suspect had done it before to her.
The matter was reported to the Police in the area. The suspect was arrested and transferred to the Gender Section of the State Command for interrogation over the alleged offence.
