Boy Caught Having Sex With 10-Year Old In Public

Another 15-year old boy has been arrested for conducting himself in a manner that could cause breach of public peace by engaging a 10-year girl in a sex romp publicly in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Shogbamu Street, Lawason in Surulere, Lagos where they resided.

It was gathered that the 15-year old suspect lured the victim to a corner in the compound, removed her pant and penetrated her.
However, while he was still engaging the 10-year old in the romp, one of their neighbours caught them and raised alarm which attracted other neighbours including their parents.

When they were confronted, they confessed they were having sex but that it was the suspect who initiated the act and the victim followed him.
The parents of the victim went to the police and reported that the boy defiled their 10-year old daughter and that she was deflowered against her consent. The police then arrested the suspect and transferred the matter to the Gender Section of the Police Command for rape.
The suspect was charged before the Ogba Magistrates court for defilement of the 10-year old
He pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Inspector Ishola Samuel, informed the court that both the suspect and the victim were minors.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka granted him bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was moved to the Remand Centre pending when he will perfect his bail condition because of his age.
The matter was adjourned till 20th August, 2018, for hearing.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the minors had been committing the act together and had they kept it away from their parents till the day they were caught.
