Following the poor performance of Lagos Premier club, Mountain of Fire Miracles, MFM in the Nigeria Premier Football League, the General overseer of the Church, Dr D.K Olukoya had ordered the dissolution of the coaching crew led by Lekan Gabriel.

The sack came after MFM lost 3-0 away to Gombe United in the Nigeria Premier Football League. The defeat confirmed the MFM to the bottom of the table.

Reports say early today have it that a coach known as Ikechukwu from G12 FC has been appointed as interim coach of the MFM, Ikechukwu would be on duty this afternoon when MFM confront defending champions, Akwa United at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos.

The source in the club said the MFM board has been dissolved with immediate effect and Mr Damilare, one of the brothers to Governor Babajide Sanwoolu, was selected as the new Director of the Lagos-based premier club.

A draw or defeat to MFM against Akwa United would be a disaster as Olukoya Boys would find it difficult to leave out of the relegation
