Her Breasts Tempted Me – Man Arrested For Seducing Teenager Says

A 32-year old man, one Fasina Adedayo, arrested for rough handling and forcing a 14-year old girl into bed in Lagos, has confessed that he was tempted by her breasts and desired to sleep with her.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Eloseh Street in Ikate area of Surulere, Lagos where he resides with the victim’s parents.

The lust has landed him in trouble after he lured the victim into his apartment, grabbed the tempting breasts and forced her to the bed for sex romp. The victim raised alarm and he was forced to leave her. She then told her parents what happened.
The assault was reported to the police; Adedayo was arrested and detained at the police station in the area.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that Adedayo told the police that the victim has a set of breasts and whenever he sets his eyes on her, he is tempted to have her. The matter was transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command for further investigation.
The police later found him culpable and he was charged before the Ogba Magistrates Court for sexual assault for pushing the victim to the bed and rough handling her.
The Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Supol E. Ayorinde, asked to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O. Osunsanmi, ordered his remand in prison custody without an option of bail.
The court also directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice.
Adedayo may be tried for rape if DPP finds him culpable and the matter will be transferred to the High Court.
However, he will be in prison custody pending the outcome of the DPP advice.
