The Bright Stars Football Academy (BSFA) 2025 Age-Grade Tournament continues this weekend, moving into its third day of competitive action at the First Bank Sports Complex in Satellite Town, Lagos.
The tournament, organized by the Management of Bright Stars Football Academy, features teams that have been carefully rated based on their performances throughout the academy’s training sessions during the past season. This seeding ensures a highly competitive structure from the outset.
This weekend’s fixtures will see all rated players across the various age categories take to the pitch for their first official matches of the tournament.
In a pre-match briefing, the Academy’s Sporting Director, Franklin Ibojo, addressed the media and issued a clear directive to all participants. He emphasized the importance of punctuality, urging players to arrive early ahead of the day’s matches.
“All players are expected to be at the venue well before hostilities commence,” stated Ibojo. “We are looking forward to a day of high-quality football and sportsmanship.”
The tournament showcases the future of Nigerian football, highlighting the development of young talent within the BSFA system.
