The management of Bright Stars Sports Academy, Satellite Town, Lagos State has said that the Special Bank Account, SBA subscription with First Bank Plc is continued and necessary for all bonafide students of the Academy.
The SBA is a First Bank Plc’s initiative designed for parents and guardians to enable them save for the future of their children and wards for future endeavours.
Speaking with the Media Channel of the Academy on Saturday at the Academy’s home ground, Satellite Town, after the first set of subscription was initiated, Sporting Director Frank Ibojo urged other parents and guardians, who are yet to key into the noble project to do so now as this is an opportunity to plan for the future of their kids and wards.
Ibojo, a seasoned grassroots coach said parents and guardians would be doing their children a whole lot of good because they are saving for their children’s future.
Ibojo stressed that what parents and guardians stand to gain by investing in the SBA is great and beneficial.
Shedding more light on the SBA, Ibojo who is also a security expert said keying into the initiative from First Bank Plc, a co-partner with the Academy would not affect the purse of the parents and guardians, but it would help in saving funds to help their children attain the zenith of their chosen profession.
He made a reference to the invitational football tourney that the Academy was invited for next year in Dubai.
In his words “Take for instance the invitation by Al Jazeera to Dubai where we re going to play against VFB Stuggart of Germany, if parents and guardians had been doing this for their kids before now, the costs would not be much on them, so I urge all the parents and guardians to be part of this SBA.”
