The allocation event is scheduled to take place on February 28, 2025, at AkuCity Estate, Achalla.

Speaking on the upcoming allocation, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ebuka Ewuzie, expressed excitement over the milestone, emphasizing the company’s commitment to providing affordable and secured land ownership opportunities for Nigerians.

“This allocation event is a testament to our dedication to delivering on our promises. At Bukasin Unique Estate, we understand the importance of homeownership, and we are proud to be empowering individuals and families with genuine land assets in a rapidly developing location like Achalla,” said Mr. Ewuzie.

He further reassured clients and stakeholders of the company’s transparency and integrity in all transactions.

“Our goal is to ensure that every buyer gets exactly what they paid for, without any hidden issues. AkuCity Estate is strategically located to offer a blend of serenity and development, making it an ideal investment for residential and commercial purposes,” he added.

With growing demand for secure and well-documented property acquisitions, the company aims to maintain its reputation as a trusted player in the industry.

Prospective landowners and stakeholders are encouraged to attend the allocation event, where they will receive official documentation and have the opportunity to inspect their designated plots.

The company also plans to unveil future real estate projects aimed at further enhancing housing opportunities in Anambra State and beyond.

According to Mr. Ewuzie, there are still more opportunities in Anambra, Lagos, Enugu and other states across the country.
