Buruj Academy Management & Players Storm Sanwo-Olu Campaign Office

The management, technical crew and players of Buruj Sports Academy on Monday morning stormed the campaign office of Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the APC flagbearer in the 2019 gubernatorial election in Lagos State to show their support and solidarity as the electioneering campaign is beginning to gather momentum.

They were received in the audience by the Director General of Babajide Sanwo-Olu Campaign Organisation (BOSCO), Mr. Tayo Ayinde, at the campaign office located at Oduduwa Crescent, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos.

Speaking on their mission to the campaign office, the CEO of Buruj Sports Academy, Salaudeen Waheed, explained that his management have absolute confidence in Mr. Sanwo-Olu to take Lagos State to the next level in the area of youth and sports development in particular and excellent public service in general.

He also pledged his full support for the campaign activities saying all the media channels at their disposal and playing kits will be devoted to that cause until the end of campaign exercise.

The DG of the organisation, Mr. Tayo Ayinde, expressed delight to see the young players who presented the two trophies they won during the 2018 English Super Cup in Manchester.

He challenged the youths in Lagos State to rally round the All Progressive Party candidates in Lagos State during next year’s elections so that they can benefit maximally from responsive and inclusive government which the Sanwo-Olu mandate can guarantee.

He also promised to look into the areas of partnership and cooperation between Buruj Academy and the campaign organisation as they are set to set the ball rolling for the campaign proper.
