Buruj Sports Academy is making waves again as seven of its standout players prepare to take their talents to European clubs come January 2025.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that this achievement highlights the academy’s dedication to identifying and nurturing young football talents for global success.
Leading the pack is Ubong Samson, a prolific striker, who will join Spanish side Berja CF on January 7th.
His goal-scoring capabilities and offensive dynamism have set him apart as a top prospect in Nigerian football.
Six other players are bound for Lithuanian clubs, including Peace Chukwuemeka Ogwu, a versatile defender also leaving on January 7th. Joining him on January 12th are Faruq Bolatito Ogunbiyi, Olayinka Habeeb Ayobami, and Ebubechukwu David Malobi, all defensive stalwarts ready to fortify European backlines. Meanwhile, Sola Miracle Abimbola and Quadri Ayomide Garuba, a highly skilled attacker, are set to bring flair and creativity to their Lithuanian teams.
These signings are a testament to the academy’s ability to groom players for international opportunities.
