A 35-year old business man, Friday Okeke, has been arrested in Lagos after he allegedly lured two under aged boys between the ages of 9 and 12, into his shop and penetrated them through their anus in order to satisfy his sexual desire.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Kose Street on Lagos Island where Okeke’s shop was located.
This was disclosed by the Police Public Relations, DSP Bala Elkana, who hinted that the suspect is in police custody. He said that on 27th July, 2019, at about 11.30am, Ebute-Ero Police Station received a complaint from two different parents (names withheld) against Mr. Friday Okeke of No. 23 Kose Street, Lagos Island, that the suspect reportedly lured their male children into his shop at Kose Street and had unlawful carnal knowledge of them through their anus.
He was said to have rubbed a cream on his private part and forcefully penetrated them. The dastardly act leaked as the victims told their parents what had happened to them.
The victims were taken to Lagos Island General Hospital for medical examination, which confirmed that their anuses were ruptured.
DSP Elkana said that the business man was arrested by a team of detectives led by the Divisional Police Officer Ebute-Ero, CSP Sina Olunlade.
He said that the investigation was ongoing and the suspect will be charged to Court after the conclusion of the investigation.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the business man, Okeke, may be charged to Court for statutory rape, which attracts several years imprisonment, if the Police finds him culpable to face trial in Court and if found guilty, he will be jailed accordingly.
