Chain Reactions Africa, the continent’s Creative Transformation Company, is celebrating a strong close to the year with significant wins at home and growing recognition on the global stage. The consultancy recorded a standout performance at the 10th Lagos Public Relations Industry Gala and Awards (LaPRIGA), winning two major categories, while also earning five nominations at the 2025 Global Alliance World Public Relations and Communication Awards.

At LaPRIGA, Chain Reactions Africa clinched Public Sector Campaign of the Year and Best in Entertainment PR, reinforcing its reputation for insight-led, purpose-driven communications. The Public Sector Campaign award recognised the consultancy’s work on the Citizen Connect Initiative for the Federal Government of Nigeria, a strategic communications platform developed to enhance transparency, deepen public understanding of government policies, and improve the communication of governance outcomes to citizens. The win highlights Chain Reactions strength in simplifying complex public-sector narratives into clear, citizen-focused messages that drive trust and engagement.

The Best in Entertainment PR award celebrated the Guinness Premiership League Trophy Tour, a nationwide cultural and sporting activation that took the iconic trophy directly to fans across multiple cities. The campaign successfully transformed a sporting milestone into an immersive, unifying national experience.

Extending its momentum beyond Nigeria, Chain Reactions Africa has been shortlisted in five categories at the Global Alliance World Public Relations and Communication Awards, one of the world’s most respected platforms for excellence in public relations and strategic communications. From over 89 entries across 20 countries, the consultancy emerged as the only Nigerian PR firm with nominations, further cementing its position as a benchmark for African excellence on the global stage.

The shortlisted campaigns include The Hack for 9mobile (now T2) in the Corporate Reputation category; ARAMANDA: Decoding the Neuroscience of Nigerian Youth in the Trends and Communication Transformation category; The NaijaHighlandah Challenge (#TNH) for William Lawson’s in the Consumer/Customer Relations category; Next Era of Happiness for Pladis in the Internal Communication category; and “Taming the Bull” for the Presidency in the Public Service Relations category.

Commenting on the milestone, Adedamola Danso, Consulting Business Lead at Chain Reactions Africa, said the recognition affirms the consultancy’s belief in culturally grounded, insight-driven creativity.
“Winning locally while being recognised globally reinforces our belief that communication works best when it is purpose-led, culturally relevant, and executed with clarity and conviction.”

Also reacting, Lanre Odukoya, Head of Media, Neuroscience & Storytelling, noted that the recognised campaigns were built on a deep understanding of human behaviour, blending neuroscience, data, and storytelling to create work that is impactful and enduring.

The global achievement also drew praise from Dr. Ike Neliaku, President of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), who congratulated Chain Reactions Africa for consistently elevating Nigeria’s profile on the global PR stage.

Winners of the Global Alliance Awards will be announced online in the coming weeks, with trophies to be presented at the World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) 2026, scheduled for November in Abuja, Nigeria.

With dual LaPRIGA wins and five global shortlists, Chain Reactions Africa continues to assert its role as a defining force in Africa’s marketing communications landscape, exporting insight-led creativity and shaping narratives of national and global significance.
