Biola Alabi, Chigul & B.B Sasore
Talented actress and comedian Chioma Omeruah, popularly known as Chigul has been enlisted as one of the star acts in the debut feature-length production of Biola Alabi Media, BAM titled, ‘Banana Island Ghost, BIG”.
In the new project, Chigul will be starring alongside industry heavyweights like Ali Nuhu, Bimbo Manuel, Damilola Adegbite, Dorcas Fapson, Patrick Diabuah, Saheed Balogun, Tomiwa Edun, and Uche Jombo.
Banana Island Ghost is said to be a slapstick movie about a ghost that is scared to go to heaven because he doesn’t have a soulmate, so he convinces God to give him three days to fall in love.
He is then paired with the cantankerous firecracker character Ijeoma played by Chigul, who will do anything to save her father’s house in Banana Island from the bank coming to reclaim it in three days.
According to Biola Alabi, CEO of BAM,‘Banana Island Ghost (B.I.G)’, is an action-packed comedy film, to be produced by her company in conjunction with Nemsia Pictures.
“Something big is about to hit the big screen in a few months time with ‘Banana Island Ghost’. It is the first from a slate of five films in a co-production partnership between Biola Alabi Media (BAM) and Nemsia Films,” Alabi said.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the two outfits are combining their creative capabilities and wealth of experience to produce a slate of ground-breaking films set to redefine Nollywood.
