Today we celebrate a man who has lived that line with excellence: Christian Aburime, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Anambra State.

Christian is not just a name in media and communications in Nigeria — he is a reference point in speaking for a powerhouse Governor.

As far back as early 1999, when he joined our hot shop in Lagos where we honed our skills alongside our heads — Joe Anatune, Chinenye Mba-Uzoukwu, Okey Nwadinobi, Tayo Adenaike — Christian stood out. He never left any colleague in doubt about his gift. He delivered cutting-edge strategy and created campaignable key opportunities for our brands.

Over two decades later, that promise has fully matured. Today, Christian is a master — of Public Affairs and Strategic Communication.

From the planning boards at Dawn Functions and B3 in Ikeja GRA to the corridors of power in Anambra State, he has carried the same discipline, creativity, and clarity that defined him in Lagos.
He has continued to shape narratives and project governance with dignity and impact.
