Comedy Of Errors

No one is a bigger fool than a person who assumes he is fooling others and not knowing so quickly that others have already lost the very last ounce of respect reserved for him, having being weighed and found that his habitual follies have outweighed the person he portrayed himself to be. Nothing turns a person to a bunch of mockery in public eye like dishonesty.

I am not referring to you sir, I don’t even know anything about your ongoing schemes and gimmicks. It is possible you have ventured into certain manipulations and mischievous maneuver because of your irredeemable insatiability for power and prosperity. Even when you don’t really merit it, you always seek to be revered by others for no just reason.

There are those who package their personal and selfish ambitions, knowing well that it would end up being at the expense of others, yet, they propagate the same, giving it certain deceptive coloration, that seem to suggest it was for collective advantage. They have foolishly traded off the trust reposed in them by others because of their unchecked gluttony.

They litter the public space, sparing no sphere of human endeavor. Most political figures cannot be trusted anymore. The words of many religious persons can only be taken with a pinch of salt. Some corporate professionals have erroneously buried their significance in the frigid bowel of financial impropriety and some persons in families are now mere clowns to be laughed at.

No fool is bigger than he who thinks he is fooling others and not knowing that he has already been exposed by the multitudes of his follies, to the people he thinks he is fooling. It is all a comedy of errors.
