Speaking in an interview, Hon. Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), the Secretary to the Local Government, Ikeja LGA, reiterated his support for the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and urged for citizens collaboration.

Excerpts of the interview;

“We all agree that our country is currently going through a process, facing economic challenges that are evident in our daily lives. However, despite these challenges, it is important to emphasize that democracy remains the best form of government. It upholds the rule of law and ensures that the voices of the people are heard. For this reason, I strongly believe there is no alternative to democracy.”

“That said, we must focus on active engagement. For democracy to thrive, all stakeholders—including the youth, women, judiciary, and other critical sectors—must work together. It is only through collaboration and collective efforts that we can overcome our challenges. If any group is left behind, it creates room for dissatisfaction and setbacks.”

“I firmly believe in the Renewed Hope Agenda under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The progress and initiatives being implemented by this administration stand in sharp contrast to what transpired during the last eight years. With the ongoing efforts of our president, there is a renewed sense of optimism, especially for the Nigerian youth.”

“Let us all work together to ensure that democracy thrives and delivers the prosperity we all desire. Better Days Ahead!”
