The Orashi National Congress and Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, ably led by Comrade Emeni Ibe, have felicitated with the former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Prince Chibudom Nwuche OFR, DSSRS, on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
In the birthday message to the former lawmaker, Comrade Emeni Ibe described him as a respected natural born leader.
