In a bid to enhance the infrastructure and promote economic development in Imo State, the State Government has commenced the construction of the Control Post Fly-Over project in Owerri.

The project, which is being supervised by the the state ministry of Works and Infrastructural Development led by Barr. Ralph Nwosu as Honourable Commissioner, is aimed at improving traffic flow and reducing congestion in the area.

According to the Commissioner, significant progress has been made on the project, with the substructures already completed and the piers and abutments currently underway.

“We are committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects that meet the needs of our people and promote sustainable development in Imo State,” said Commissioner Nwosu.

“The Control Post Fly-Over project is a testament to our dedication to enhancing the lives of our citizens and promoting economic growth in the state.”

The project is expected to be completed soon, and residents and commuters are eagerly awaiting the benefits it will bring. “This project is a game-changer for our community,” said one resident. “It will make it easier for us to get around and will help to reduce traffic congestion.”

The Imo State Government under the able and pragmatic leadership of the Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, is committed to making Imo State a better place for all, and the Control Post Fly-Over project is just one example of this commitment.
