The 26-year old marriage between a man simply known as Thomas and his wife, Faith (surname withheld) has crashed following a prophecy given to the wife by her spiritual father and pastor during the church service at Oshodi, Lagos.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the Pastor (name withheld) prophesied to the wife that her husband was the cause of the death of their first son and he had planned to kill the remaining five of the children if nothing was not done urgently.
But contrary to the Pastor’s claim, P.M.EXPRESS confirmed that the couple’s late son died, according to a doctor, as a result of liver complication which he had been under going treatment for before he eventually died.
The prophecy had torn the family apart as their children of the marriage were divided and at war with themselves.
The family resides at Joseph Street in Ejigbo and hails from Akpo town in Aguata Local Government in Anambra State.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the couple married some years back, had those children and lived peacefully until the wife started attending the church which has now destroyed her matrimonial home.
Her husband is a popular and successful spare parts auto-dealer in Ladipo market, Mushin and had choice properties and SUVs in Lagos.
However, trouble started when the wife started attending the church and two of the cars he bought for her disappeared and could not explained to her husband what happened to them.
While that was on, their first son had liver complication and the husband spent millions of Naira but the boy eventually died this year.
He was buried in their village and the family returned back to Lagos.
It was thereafter the wife attended the church service where the pastor gave the prophecy.
Faith was told that the remaining of her five children will soon died because her husband needed their blood one by one.
The pastor told her that there will be no remedy except she brought her husband to the church for deliverance otherwise the calamity will surely fall on the family and she will lose all her children.
The wife believed and returned home and asked her husband to follow her to the church to save their children and the family.
When the husband asked to know what happened, she told him that her pastor had prophesized to her that he was behind the death of their first son and other children will soon die because he needed their blood one by one.
She asked her husband to follow her to the church so that he will confess and be delivered to save the family.
The husband laughed and asked her to go and tell her pastor that the pastor must be stupid.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that Thomas wondered how he who was the only son and had struggled over the years before he succeeded and had those children will now turn round to start killing them at the age of 61.
He refused to go to the pastor and asked his wife to leave his house but the children resisted such move and said she will not go anywhere.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that while this was going on, the second son became sick and is having mental challenges and the third son became seriously sick and the man insisted that the wife knew what was happening to those children and will not treat them.
Meanwhile while all these was going on, the wife was still putting pressure and insisted that her husband must follow her to her pastor but he refused.
It took the intervention of some landlords to convince and prevailed on Thomas to take the two children to hospital for treatment.
