‘Deborah Multi-Specialist Hospital and Diagnostics Center, A Wake Up Call To Ondo State Indigenes To Give Back To The Society,

The Chairman and the founder of Deborah Multi-Specialist Hospital and Diagnostics Center, Akure, Ondo State, Prince Rotimi Benjamin Ibidapo and his wife, Chief ( Mrs ) Remilekun Ibidapo have said that the hospital project was a wake-up call to well meaning indigenes of Ondo State to give back to the development of their society.
The Deborah Multi-Specialist Hospital and Diagnostics Center, according to the couple was a loud statement to the indigenes of the state to come home and contribute to the development of the state in the area of the health sector.

“The concept of the health facility genuinely started with my curiosity and passion for my profession as an American trained practicing nurse in New Jersey, in United States”

“My desire is to make an effective contribution to our healthcare system on the basis of giving back to my community and Ondo State”, said Chief ( Mrs ) Remilekun Ibidapo on Saturday during the opening and commissioning ceremony of the hospital, which was attended by the  Deputy Governor of Ondo State,  Lucky Ayedatiwa, who represented Governor Rotimi Akeredolu and other important diginatries across the world.
At the ceremony Governor Akeredolu said through his Deputy said that just as Prince and Chief (Mrs) Ibidapo did through  Deborah Multi-Specialist Hospital and Diagnostics Center, Nigerians should not leave the burdens of providing healthcare services to government alone, even as he called for an inclusive participation in the provision of good healthcare services for the people in the country.
Akeredolu noted that it is a thing of joy to see  public spirited individuals investing in the critical sector and thereby creating jobs for the teeming youths.
While congratulating the owners of the hospital,  Akeredolu said that “the edifice is an expression of confidence and appreciation of the government’s  commitment and  sacrifices for improving the health  status of the people of the state.
The chairman of the occasion, former Director, Nigeria Centre  For Disease Control ( NCDC), Prof Abdusalami Nasidi, who was represented by Prof Simidele Odimayo, Nasidi, said that medical system has come a long way ,when men were cared for  out of little knowledge with various discovery that has come up  through the use of DNA.
