The Director-General of the Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN), Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi, FNSE, was honoured with a decoration for outstanding service delivery by SERVICOM Nigeria on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
In her address, SERVICOM’s National Coordinator, Mrs. Nnenna Akajemeli, praised Dr. Abdullahi’s unwavering dedication to excellence in service delivery, not only within the Energy Commission but also beyond its administrative boundaries.
She highlighted that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has encouraged the recognition of exceptional agency heads who demonstrate administrative excellence and align with global best practices.
The event also featured the inauguration of a SERVICOM Committee, consisting of representatives from all departments at the ECN headquarters and the six Energy Research Centres.
In his response, Dr. Abdullahi expressed gratitude for the recognition and reaffirmed his commitment to fostering excellence and adhering to international best practices.
