Following the well deserved award of a Doctor of Philosophy, Ph.D, in International Economics and Finance to High Chief Johnbosco Ozigbu by the Rivers State University on Saturday, December 5th, 2021, during her 33rd Convocation at the Campus Pavilion, Ezeigbo Ghana and Assistant Publicity Secretary, Ndieze Ndigbo in Diaspora, His Royal Majesty Eze Dr. Amb. Chukwudi Jude Ihenetu, has sent a heart- warming felicitation to the Ogwuaga Abba born business man and community leader, Johnbosco Ozigbu, PhD.

In a statement issued from the revered Obi Ukwu, Obi Igbo in Ghana by Eze Dr. Ihenetu, the respected royal father described High Chief Ozigbu as a fine gentleman from whose heart flows the milk of human kindness; which has also put smiles on the faces of many people around him.
