According to the Police, the suspect was employed as the company’s driver and he was bringing and supplying the food items. But along the line, he carted away the items and converted it to his own use before he was caught by security guards.
The management handed him over to the Police at Oke-Odo Division and was detained for interrogation over his alleged conduct.
After thorough interrogation, the Police found the driver culpable and subsequently charged before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence, which attracts several years of imprisonment.

However, he pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Inspector Sanusi Adetutu, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.
