Head Coach of Prince Kazeem Eletu Football Club, Bilal Sousdi has admitted that his team are getting better despite the new players that joined the team recently.

Sousdi disclosed this after his team managed to beat King Spor Football Club 1-0 in a friendly match played recently at Eagles Club sports centre, Surulere, Lagos.

The foreign coach expressed delight that the team have improved tremendously saying that he was not after the team’s result but improvement and betterment of the players on and off the pitch.

“The team are getting better in every match and I am happy that the players improve in every match. What we played against King Spor was better than our previous matches.

“This is to tell you that our effort is giving us result because the players are in good shape in each match they play. I hope the players would continue in that direction,” he said.

In his own reaction, King Spor coach, Adefemi Adebayo commended the Eletu boys for their victory. He also commended his players for their performance but lamented the team’s narrow loss as a result of some key players who were absent during the match.

Ibrahim Bature free header in the 62nd minute earned Eletu FC victory over their opponents. The match lived up to expectations as both teams missed scoring chances in both halves.
