I Enjoy Sleeping With My 10-Year Old Daughter – Abuya Confesses

A man, Kenneth Abuya has confessed that he actually enjoyed sex with his 10-year old daughter for several years before he impregnated her in 2017 without knowing it was an abominable crime which eventually landed him in prison.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the embattled Abuya revealed that he loved her daughter so much and was never irritated when he was having sex with her which led to her getting pregnant. He however regretted and said that if he had realised that he was committing an abominable crime, he would never had done that.

Mr. Abuya landed in trouble after the police from Gender Section at Ikeja Command arrested him under the suspicion that he was sleeping with the victim. He was detained at the police station and he initially denied before the victim was brought before him.

The little girl was taken to hospital for general tests, and it was discovered that she was pregnant. The victim was asked who was responsible, he mentioned his father who she accused having had several sex romps with her and warned her not to tell anyone.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect was charged before Ikeja Magistrates court for defilement and impregnating the victim.

He pleaded not guilty.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O. Osunsanmi granted him bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties in like sum.
The court also ordered the prosecutor to duplicate and send to the Directorate of Public Prosecution, DPP for advice.

He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect the bail condition and the availability of the DPP advice.
The matter was adjourned till 14 May, 2018.
