I Enjoyed Sex With My Daughter – Father Confesses

A 60-year old man, Mr. Amusat Ashiru, has confessed in Lagos that he enjoyed sex with his 12-year old daughter (name withheld) for four years but did not know that he will impregnate her.

The incident happened at 40 Efon Alaye Street in Orisumbare area of Shasha Lagos where they resided.

Ashiru revealed that he did not marry the mother of the victim; he only got the mother pregnant and she gave birth to the victim. He narrated that he was already married and had two children but had deep desire to have sex with the victim which has eventually landed him in trouble.

Despite the fact that he lived with his wife, that did not stop as he was having sex with both with his wife and daughter for the last four years as was also reported by the victim.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the police have arrested Mr. Ashiru over the shameful act, rescued the victim and kept her at Mirable Centre for medical treatment and rehabilitation.

It was gathered that the dastardly act was exposed by an unidentified woman who tipped the police at the Gender Section of the Police Command, Lagos. He was arrested and he admitted defiling his daughter. He explained that he never intended to impregnate her but just to be enjoying sex with her.

He was charged before the Ogba Magistrates court for incest and impregnating an under aged victim.
The prosecutor, Mr. Christopher Donny informed the court that the victim was the daughter of the defendant to enable the court to use its discretion.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka ordered him to be remanded in prison custody and asked the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to DPP for advice.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that if the DPP finds Ashiru culpable, the matter will be transferred to the Lagos State High Court for trial. And if the court finds him guilty, Ashiru may have to spend up to 25 years in prison for incest.
