Khadijat Adenike Oluboyo, daughter of the immediate past Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Mr. Lasisi Oluboyo, was on Sunday found dead at her boyfriend’s house in Akure, the state capital.

Oluboyo, who was a final year student of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, was found dead in her boyfriend’s house, Adeyemi Alao, popularly known as Q.S.

Femi Joseph, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Ondo command, who confirmed the story to News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), described the incident as sad and very unfortunate.

“It is not a rumour but it is a fact that the young lady was found dead this morning and it is saddening and very unfortunate.

“We are on it and trying to get some facts but the Commissioner of Police will brief the press about the details in another 48 hours,” Joseph said.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the decomposing remains of the deceased were found under the bed of her boyfriend after six days in Akure, Ondo State.

The young lady who had been declared missing for the past six days at the school, was found under the bed of her boyfriend in what was suspected to be a money ritual attempt by the boyfriend, Alao.

It was gathered that, Khadijat left her school some seven days ago to see her boyfriend in Akure, only to discover that she has been missing until discovered.

Alao, who is based in Abuja and Khadijat were said to have been dating since their secondary school days but met recently and rekindle their love affairs.

Sources however alleged that late Khadijat was killed by Alao who kept her corpse under his bed for six days as instructed by a native doctor.

The source said luck ran against Alao on the sixth day when the decomposing body of the deceased was discovered by Alao’s younger brother and reported the incident to the police in Akure.

The Ondo State Police Spokesman, Joseph, said the command has begun investigation into the matter and disclosed that some arrest had been made in connection with the death of the lady.
