More revelations are coming from an ex-member of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Movement, Dike Atuenyi, on how the founder and General Overseer,  Pastor Lazarus Mouka swindled him to the tune of about N100m after deceiving him to sow N10m seed offering to the church in Lagos State.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the embittered Atuenyi also revealed that apart from Pastor Muoka deceiving him to part with his money to the church as offering, he ensured that he wrecked his financial strength before he later realized he was fake. But by then it was too late for him and other members of the church who suffered similar fate and left the church.
An embattled Atuenyi, who is now full of regrets, having wasted 13 years in the church over false promises by Pastor Muoka, who allegedly deceived and asked him to leave his lucrative business to join him as Transport Manager of Lord’s Chosen Church.
Mr. Dike Atuenyi also revealed that before Pastor Muoka’s late wife died, her last wish to Mouka was for him to settle Atuenyi and other members who he frustrated and rendered useless. But Pastor Muoka has remained adamant because it appears he derives so much joy in causing pains to people.
Pastor Lazarus Muoka has been in the news for the wrong reasons for allegedly deceiving Mr. Dike Atuenyi, and owing him about N100m with fake promises for 13 years in Lagos State.
The whole thing got exposed following a petition by the victim, Mr. Atuenyi to the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Zone 2, Onikan, Lagos, over alleged threat to his life by Pastor Muoka for demanding his 13 years unpaid salaries.
Atuenyi, who has gone into hiding with the remaining members of his family, already have lost his two grown up children under suspicious circumstances since he started making demands for his money from Muoka.
He revealed that he was actually frightened and asked to find out what happened to those who had fought Pastor Muoka in the past including a woman in his church known as Chosen Mopol, whose whereabout is not known.
“I have been receiving strange calls with hidden numbers, threatening to deal with him if I do not withdraw the case against Pastor Muoka because they already have my picture and residential address” he said.
Mr. Atuenyi wrote a petition to the AIG, Zone 2, through the Ambassadors for Peace and Enlightenment Foundation, AMPEF, a human rights organization, and alleged that Pastor Muoka asked him to resign his appointment with the Lagos State Ministry of Transport to head the Church’s Transport Department with an appointment letter dated 10th June, 2009, with the promise to pay him twice of what he was being paid at the Lagos State Ministry of Transport.
It was on that premise that Atuenyi is now demanding N100m and a replacement of his two vehicles from Pastor Muoka.
In the petition sighted by the P.M.EXPRESS reporter, which was signed by Peter Odinakachukwu for AMPEF on behalf of Atuenyi, it made passionate appeal to the IGP to use the force of the Law to ensure that Mouka is thoroughly investigated, and made to pay the money from June, 2009 to November, 2022 and to ensure that no harm befalls Mr. Atuenyi.
Meanwhile, Pastor Muoka was said to have snubbed the Nigerian Police and had never appeared at Zone 2 despite several invitations. And at the end, the Police discharged the matter without investigating Pastor Muoka, who some people described as untouchable and very important person in the society.
Efforts to contact Pastor Muoka over the matter proved abortive as his known number was switched off.
